kendiefoxOkay, definitely not doing NaKniSweMo, buuuut. I think I've decided to make rag quilts for the little niblings for giftmas. Well. The plan is to make the first and see how I feel about it. Eldest Nibling is 19 and will get either cash or a gift card, the littles are 10, 8, and 6, so physical gifts are still in the plan. If the first quilt ends up being too much to repeat twice more, I can get the youngest pair craft kits, and give the ten year old his quilt separately.
I enjoyed making the flannel quilt for J last year and I remember it not being really shitty to make. Also I feel like finishing something might help my motivation on other projects. The sweater is coming along, just slowly again.
So the plan for this weekend is to acquire the flannel, wash the flannel, iron the flannel, and maybe begin cutting the flannel. Let's do some math!
