Cast on a sock last night! It's Lagertha and I have a feeling that I am going to have to rip it out and go up another needle size. The pattern calls for size 1s, I'm on 2s, and feel like going up to 2.5s might actually yield a sock that will go over my heel. (I may be a tight knitter, y'all.) Also, I like but do not love the colorway of the yarn. I mean, I already own it and might as well use it up to get it out of stash, but I'll need to see more of it to really know. It does not look great in the ball and the few rows I've knit are only okay. But the pattern seems easy enough to follow while still being complicated enough I need to concentrate on it, which is what I was aiming for.
