kendiefoxNibling did not have scouts, so I was able to get a confirmation from brother about boy scout fabric. I decided to pair it with a plaid since the main color of the print is kinda boring grey. Now I really need to find gift bags big enough for the blankets. Fingers crossed for Target!
I also picked up some awesome pink unicorn flannel for the bestie quilt, but it was the end of the bolt, so I only have ~1.5 yards. Which means I need to redo some math before I buy other fabrics. Why did I choose hobbies that require math? I think I need a total of 9 yards? So if I mathed correctly, I need 2 yards each of four more flannels? Or 4 yards each of two prints, I suppose. Am I overthinking it? probably. Will she love whatever I manage to send her because I maked it myself? also probably.
JC hit the group chat this morning with actual dates for the Austin D&D game! I will skype in, but everyone else will be in person. I just want to play Brisha Trayos so bad, y'all. (human paladin of pelor) And a campaign! With people I already know (mostly)!
Still dogsitting, still don't want a dog of my own. The money is really nice, though. Super helpful for all of this early Giftmas crafting I'm doing.
