I'll give this a shot, but no promises on keep up with it.

I'm kendiefox and have been for about 20 years. I respond to it like my wallet name. I'm 35, queer, nonbinary, and live in Texas.

I've been mostly lurking in fandom since high school. I write a bit and I read a ton of fic. My fandoms are Critical Role, the Campbellverse rpg shows, and Dragon Age, but I've been around and have seen many things. You want to talk Stargate or X-Files or Xena or Legend of the Seeker? I am here for it. You have a great Persuasion fic to rec? Slide that down the bar, new friend.

Offline I knit, I sew a bit, and I'm working on a quilt I call "queers in space," and I play video games. I mostly replay older ones, but I just got a Switch Lite and some new games in old franchises that I'm excited to play. (pokemon sword/shield, legend of zelda: breath of the wild, and fire emblem: three houses)

Hello, it's good to meet you! I also like to quilt -- your 'queers in space' quilt sounds AMAZING! And my Mr and 12-year-old play the Switch games you mentioned -- my Z has kind of played Breath of the Wild to death. She was really into horse collecting for a while -- she got the (I think it's called the) King of the Mountain horse? It was ENORMOUS. And also awesome.

Hi! I am super slow at basically all crafting, but the quilt is still getting poked at some. I started it about this time last year and I'm not at the point of sewing up the quilt top. I may have been ambitious in choosing my pattern. But! It will be so cool when it's done!

I just got Breath of the Wild for Christmas so I'm in the beginning area and dying a lot. But it's really fun.

Hi! I learned to knit last year, mainly because of how many people mentioned it during Snowflake. *g* I'm still very much a beginner, but I'm enjoying it.

It's great! I really appreciate that I can rip it all out and start over as many times as I need to and the yarn never gets upset with me or thinks I should be going faster. And I'm never 'wasting' time with knitting, I'm constantly building or refreshing skills.
